Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment Methods
Online Credit/Debit card payments are made through our Paypal and Nochex merchant accounts. You DO NOT need to have a Paypal or Nochex account nor do you need to create one to pay using your Credit or Debit Card.

If you wish to make your order online but then phone through your payment details please select the 'Phone in card details' option and then call us on 01308 425 238 with your Credit/Debit card to hand. We will then run your card through our Streamline machine. Office hours are 9am - 5pm (UK Time Zone).

We accept cheques made payable to 'TandaStamps' which must be drawn on a UK bank account in GB Pounds. Postal Orders are also accepted and should be in GB Pounds. (Cheques and postal orders are quite expensive for us to bank, around £1 each, so we would prefer orders much smaller than £10 to rather not use this method of payment.)

Well concealed cash in British Pounds sent by mail is also welcome, at own risk. Coins can be taped to card inside the envelope - just keep total weight under 100g and thickness below 5mm if using one 1st or 2nd class postage stamp.

International orders must be paid with Paypal or Nochex - please make the payment using GBP (British Pounds, £). The currency conversion will be made for you. Our website Euro and US Dollar prices are for guidance only, as they are updated manually and may be out of date. To get an idea of current exchange rates please visit a currency converter such as www.xe.com.

Please be aware that Paypal e-cheques can take 10 days to clear.

Terms
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we despatch your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to send your order out to you ASAP and in most cases (providing you order by 4pm) orders are sent out on the same day we receive them. We send UK mainland orders out via Royal Mail 1st Class post which means delivery is usually within 2 days. International orders are sent via Airmail and are generally received within 7 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will always contact you to let you know and to offer a full refund.

Tax Charges
We are not currently VAT registered so there is no VAT charged on our products.

Credit Card Security
All online payments are processed by a trusted third party, PayPal or Nochex. No card details are ever stored on our website.

Should you phone in your card details we only keep them long enough to put them through our Streamline machine; once this has been done all details are shredded & destroyed.
